Bengal Indian Restaurant
The Bengal has been serving the finest Indian cuisine for the past 25 years. Located in the historic Old Firestation in Fremantle's west end. Guests get curries at special backpacker prices out the back.
Italian
Roma Retaurant
Just around the corner from the Old Firestation, the Roma has been serving traditional Italian food for 50 years. Cheap and cheerful and the fillet mignon is delicious!
Pizza Bellaroma
The queues outside at weekends indicate its popularity. Good pizza's and mussels with generous portion sizes. Located on Cappucino strip.
Madonna's
Yummy pizza and pasta, next door to Pizza Bellaroma, very nice decor, well worth a visit.
Japanese
Taka's Kitchen
Located in The Old Shanghai foodhall opposite the Fremantle Markets, delicious fresh food, super cheap, open Wednesday to Sunday till 8.30pm. Where the locals go. Highly recommended!

Multi award winning tourist restaurant specialising in delicious fresh seafood.
Cicerellos
Huge tanks full of exotic and colourful fish, open fire through winter, excellent fish, stunning views at sunset.

Siam Kitchen
Located in The Old Shanghai opposite the markets, offers nice, affordable Thai food.
The Sala Thai
Delicious Thai food in a beautiful restaurant, great service- recommended.
Chinese
Joy Kitchen
Delivering consistently yummy chinese food and excellent service, the second best chinese in Perth and number one in Freo!

Mojos
Situated just over the bridge in North Freo, there's something on here every night of the week! If it's not free it's still cheap. A great live band venue. Check www.mojosbar.com.au for more info!
The Orient
Just up the road, Wally, Annie, Sarah and co. are there to serve up good beer and chat in a cosy pub with cheap pool tables! Bands and pool comps through the week.
The Newport
Great pub and live band venue, lots of entertainment including live band karaoke, backpacker nights, pizza and movie nights and more.
Sail and Anchor

Nice beer garden where the trendies of Freo flock. Downstairs hosts funky DJ's in The Basement on Friday and Saturday night.
Little Creatures
Brewery with an idyllic setting on Fremantle's Fishing Boat harbour. Taste their award-winning pale ale and pilsner, looking out over Fremantle harbour. Groovy spot with great food. Highly recommended. Read more info.
